David began his journey into the commercial industry a short time after completing his schooling at the Ringling School of Art & Design on the coast of sunny Florida. After graduating, David packed his bags and headed to New York. He worked his way up the through the ranks working at top-shelf agencies such as BBDO, Y&R, and JWT.

After paying his dues and becoming an Executive Creative Director, David parlayed his award-winning work on some major brands into a successful directing career. David brings his skill and experience of ten years in advertising to the directorial process. He not only relates to the creatives but also understands the dynamic of the client relationship.

Harner’s visually stunning portfolio also includes commercials for Allstate, Toyota, Colgate, AT&T and Pfizer, and won an Emmy® in the category of Outstanding Commercial for his powerfully moving directorial work on Hallmark’s “Required Reading.”
